2. Why the Brown Room?

Previously room numbers were shared by word of mouth (you didn't need a password to create a room in the early days, just the number)

But we needed:

• A way of communicating the room details, when changed
• A way of collecting any donations towards the room fees (Zoom generally)

The number was often mentioned on SB in their text chat, but having the proper means to communicate the number would be best and not interrupt the pigs having a conversation in the SB chat

We have a mailing list to send the latest room details as we've reached the number of pigs that we need a professional grade mailing list system
